Model - Dockside Green, Victoria, Canada

Dockside Green is a environmentally-friendly pastiche of residential, office, retail and industrial space situated in the heart of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. It occupies fifteen acres of former industrial land incorporating the principles of New Urbanism, smart growth, green building and sustainable community design. Sustainable design principles include the triple bottom line, holisim and closed-loop thinking in accordance with The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System.
